CLIFFORD S. TROTTER ASSOCIATES CRIMINAL ACTIVITY PROSECUTION
Police departments are dealing with an increase in crimes, while at the same time experiencing cuts in budgets. It is simply a fact of life that the police cannot, or will not, always provide you with the service you feel is required when you are the victim of a crime. Many criminals avoid arrest and prosecution because there is no direct evidence linking them to the crime solid enough to withstand scrutiny in a court of law, and the police often do not have the required assets to devote adequate manpower to effectively deal with your incident. The police simply cannot treat your case as if it is the only incident ...or the most important incident...on their radar. We can. We will.
Since many of our investigators are former law enforcement officers, they have the institutional knowledge and expertise needed to gather evidence against the perpetrator on your behalf. If the offense involves an ongoing course of behavior on the part of the criminal, we will conduct a surveillance operation in order to obtain filmed or recorded evidence. A detailed and complete report will be prepared for delivery to the proper authorities for the purpose of having the subject brought to justice through a summary arrest, a Criminal Summons or an Arrest Warrant. We will be available to accompany you to the police and to appear in court to offer testimony against the defendant.
Our Criminal Investigations Department is managed and supervised by a retired Law Enforcement Officer who maintained a 90% conviction rate while with the Police Department.
